حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم

ـ يُجْنِبُ ثُمَّ يَنَامُ وَلاَ يَمَسُّ مَاءً حَتَّى يَقُومَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَيَغْتَسِلَ ‏.‏

It was narrated that 'Aishah said:

"The Messenger of Allah would become sexually impure and then sleep without water until he got up later on and taken a bath."

Reported by Ibn Majah (No. 581) and Ahmad (No. 23032).

قَوْله ( ثُمَّ يَنَام وَلَمْ يَمَسّ مَاء ) قَدْ حَكَمَ الْحُفَّاظ أَنَّ قَوْله وَلَمْ يَمَسّ مَاء غَلَطٌ مِنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق وَقَالَ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ وَالْحَدِيث بِهَذِهِ الزِّيَادَة صَحِيح مِنْ جِهَة الرِّوَايَة لِأَنَّ أَبَا إِسْحَاق بَيَّنَ سَمَاعه مِنْ الْأَسْوَد وَالْمُدَلِّس إِذَا بَيَّنَ سَمَاعه مِنْ الْأَسْوَد وَالْمُدَلِّس إِذَا بَيَّنَ سَمَاعه مِمَّنْ رَوَى عَنْهُ وَكَانَ ثِقَة فَلَا وَجْه لِرَدِّهِ قَالَ النَّوَوِيّ فَالْحَدِيث صَحِيح وَيُحْمَل عَلَى أَنَّهُ مَا مَسَّ مَاء لِلْغُسْلِ لِيَجْمَع بَيْنه وَبَيْن حَدِيث عَائِشَة الْآخَر وَهُوَ تَرْك الْوُضُوء لِبَيَانِ الْجَوَاز وَلَوْ وَاظَبَ عَلَى الْوُضُوء لَاعْتَقَدُوا وُجُوبه.…
