حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ أُمَّ الْفَضْلِ، حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏

"‏ لاَ تُحَرِّمُ الرَّضْعَةُ وَلاَ الرَّضْعَتَانِ أَوِ الْمَصَّةُ وَالْمَصَّتَانِ ‏"

It was narrated that Umm Fadl said:

that the Messenger of Allah said: “Breastfeeding once or twice, or suckling once or twice, does not make (marriage) unlawful.”

قَوْله ( الرَّضْعَة وَلَا الرَّضْعَتَانِ أَوْ الْمَصَّة إِلَخْ ) أَوْ لِلشَّكِّ وَلَعَلَّ تَخْصِيص الْمَصَّة وَالْمَصَّتَيْنِ لِمُوَافَقَةِ السُّؤَال كَمَا يَقْتَضِيه رِوَايَات الْحَدِيث فَلَا يَدُلّ عَلَى أَنَّ الثَّلَاث مُحَرَّمَة عِنْد الْقَائِل بِالْمَفْهُومِ ثُمَّ هَذَا الْحَدِيث يَجُوز أَنْ يَكُون حِين كَانَ الْمُحَرَّم الْعَشْر أَوْ الْخَمْس فَلَا يُنَافِي كَوْن الْحُكْم بَعْد النَّسْخ هُوَ الْإِطْلَاق الْمُوَافِق لِظَاهِرِ الْقُرْآن.…
