Sunan Ibn Majah 1198

The Prophet (ﷺ) used to lie down on his right side, after offering two rak`at (Sunna) of the Fajr prayer.

إِذَا صَلَّى رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ اضْطَجَعَ عَلَى شِقِّهِ الأَيْمَنِ‏.‏

Narrated by Ā’ishah

When the Prophet (ﷺ) had performed two Rak'ah before the Fajr prayer, he would lie down on his right side. [Al-Bukhari].

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا صلى ركعتي الفجر، اضطجع على شقه الأيمن‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
