حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ فِي قَرَابَتِهِ فَهُوَ لِأَقْرَبِهِمْ بِبَطْنٍ الذَّكَرُ وَالْأُنْثَى فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ
