Sunan ad-Darimi 3131
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ عَنْ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ وَالْحَسَنِ { إِنْ تَرَكَ خَيْرًا الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ } وَكَانَتْ الْوَصِيَّةُ كَذَلِكَ حَتَّى نَسَخَتْهَا آيَةُ الْمِيرَاثِ
