Sunan ad-Darimi 3125
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ إِقْرَارٌ لِوَارِثٍ قَالَ و قَالَ الْحَسَنُ أَحَقُّ مَا جَازَ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ أَوَّلَ يَوْمٍ مِنْ أَيَّامِ الْآخِرَةِ وَآخِرَ يَوْمٍ مِنْ أَيَّامِ الدُّنْيَا
