حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورٌ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ فَلْيَقْبَلْ وَصِيَّتَهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ حَاضِرًا فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ قَبِلَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ
