حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِأَشْيَاءَ وَفِيهَا الْعِتْقُ فَيُجَاوِزُ الثُّلُثَ قَالَ يُبْدَأُ بِالْعِتْقِ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ بِالْحِصَصِ
