حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ فَفِي الْعَيْنِ وَالدَّيْنِ وَإِذَا أَوْصَى بِخَمْسِينَ أَوْ سِتِّينَ إِلَى الْمِائَةِ فَفِي الْعَيْنِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ
