حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ مِيرَاثُهُ لِلَّذِي أَمْسَكَهُ و قَالَ قَتَادَةُ هُوَ لِلْمُعْتِقِ كُلُّهُ وَثَمَنُهُ عَلَيْهِ وَيَقُولُهُ أَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ
