Sunan ad-Darimi 3003
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْمَوْلُودُ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ وَلَا يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ فَإِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ صُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ وَوُرِّثَ وَكُمِّلَتْ الدِّيَةُ
