حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْصُورٌ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَا لَا بَأْسَ بِبَيْعِ وَلَاءِ السَّائِبَةِ وَهِبَتِهِ
