أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ وَرْدَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ سُئِلَ عَنْ مِيرَاثِ السَّائِبَةِ فَقَالَ كُلُّ عَتِيقٍ سَائِبَةٌ
