حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِمِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّهِ كُلِّهِ لِمَا لَقِيَتْ فِيهِ مِنْ الْعَنَاءِ
