أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ يُوَرَّثُ الْأَسِيرُ إِذَا كَانَ فِي أَيْدِي الْعَدُوِّ
