حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ لَا يَرِثُ قَاتِلٌ خَطَأً وَلَا عَمْدًا
