أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ لَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ مِنْ الْمَقْتُولِ شَيْئًا
