أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا قَضَى فِي مِيرَاثِ الْمُرْتَدِّ لِأَهْلِهِ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
