حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَقَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ عَمَّتَهُ وَابْنَةَ أَخِيهِ قَالَ الْمَالُ لِابْنَةِ أَخِيهِ
