حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَعَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدٍ قَالُوا الدِّيَةُ تُورَثُ كَمَا يُورَثُ الْمَالُ خَطَؤُهُ وَعَمْدُهُ
