حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ مِيرَاثُهُ لِأُمِّهِ تَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ و قَالَ قَتَادَةُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ وَبَقِيَّةُ الْمَالِ لِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ
