أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ إِذَا وَقَعَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْقَوْمِ فَإِنَّ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ يُعْتِقُ رَقَبَةً فَقَالَ مَا أَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَقَرَّبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ

Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) said regarding a husband who has sexual intercourse with his wife during her menstruation period, "He must pay a Dinar or half a Dinar in way of charity.” [Reported by the five Imams. Al-Hakim and Ibn Al-Qattan graded it Sahih (sound).]

Ibn ‘Abbas reported God’s messenger as saying, “When a man has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he must give half a dinar in alms.’ Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Nasa’i, Darimi and Ibn Majah transmitted it.

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا وَقَعَ الرَّجُلُ بِأَهْلِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد…
