Narrator:Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏

إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَكُمْ نِسَاؤُكُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَأْذَنُوا لَهُنَّ ‏"

Narrated Ibn `Umar:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If your women ask permission to go to the mosque at night, allow them."

قَوْلُهُ : ( عَنْ حَنْظَلَة ) هُوَ اِبْن أَبِي سُفْيَان الْجُمَحِيُّ , وَسَالِم بْن عَبْد اللَّه أَيْ اِبْن عُمَر. قَوْلُهُ : ( إِذَا اِسْتَأْذَنَكُمْ نِسَاؤُكُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِد ) لَمْ يَذْكُر أَكْثَر الرُّوَاة عَنْ حَنْظَلَة قَوْلُهُ " بِاللَّيْلِ " كَذَلِكَ أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِم وَغَيْره , وَقَدْ اُخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ عَلَى الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِم أَيْضًا , فَأَوْرَدَهُ الْمُصَنِّف بَعْد بَابَيْنِ مِنْ رِوَايَة مَعْمَر وَمُسْلِم مِنْ رِوَايَة يُونُس بْن يَزِيد وَأَحْمَد مِنْ رِوَايَة عَقِيل وَالسَّرَّاج مِنْ رِوَايَة الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ كُلّهمْ مِنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ بِغَيْرِ تَقْيِيد , وَكَذَا أَخْرَجَهُ الْمُصَنِّف فِي النِّكَاح عَنْ عَلِيّ بْن الْمَدِينِيّ عَنْ سُفْيَان بْن عُيَيْنَةَ عَن…
