Narrator:Abu Hurayrah

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

قَضَى فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصَنْ بِنَفْىِ عَامٍ بِإِقَامَةِ الْحَدِّ عَلَيْهِ‏.‏

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) judged that the unmarried person who was guilty of illegal sexual intercourse be exiled for one year and receive the legal punishment (i.e., be flogged with one-hundred stripes) .

قَوْله فِي رِوَايَة اللَّيْث ( عَنْ عُقَيْل ) وَوَقَعَ عِنْد الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيّ فِي رِوَايَة حَجَّاج بْن مُحَمَّد عَنْ اللَّيْث " حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْل ". قَوْله ( عَنْ سَعِيد بْن الْمُسَيِّب ) هَكَذَا خَالَفَ عُقَيْل عَبْد الْعَزِيز بْن أَبِي سَلَمَة فِي شَيْخ الزُّهْرِيّ فَإِنْ كَانَ هَذَا الْمَتْن مُخْتَصَرًا مِنْ قِصَّة الْعَسِيف فَقَدْ وَافَقَ عَبْد الْعَزِيز جَمِيع أَصْحَاب الزُّهْرِيّ فَإِنَّ شَيْخه عِنْدهمْ عُبَيْد اللَّه بْن عَبْد اللَّه بْن عُتْبَةَ لَا سَعِيد بْن الْمُسَيِّب , وَإِنْ كَانَ حَدِيثًا آخَر فَالرَّاجِح قَوْل عُقَيْل لِأَنَّهُ أَحْفَظُ لِحَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيّ مِنْ عَبْد الْعَزِيز لَكِنْ قَدْ رَوَى عُقَيْل عَنْ الزُّهْرِيّ الْحَدِيث الْآخَر مُوَافِقًا لِعَبْدِ الْعَزِيز أَخْر…
