Narrator:Anas ibn Mālik

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏

مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ غَرَسَ غَرْسًا فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ أَوْ دَابَّةٌ إِلاَّ كَانَ لَهُ صَدَقَةً ‏"

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If any Muslim plants any plant and a human being or an animal eats of it, he will be rewarded as if he had given that much in charity."

حَدِيث أَنَس " مَا مِنْ مُسْلِم غَرَسَ غَرْسًا " تَقَدَّمَ شَرْحه فِي الْمُزَارَعَة , وَقَوْله : " أَوْ دَابَّة " إِنْ كَانَ مَأْخُوذًا مِنْ دَبَّ عَلَى الْأَرْض فَهُوَ مِنْ عَطْف الْعَامّ عَلَى الْخَاصّ , وَإِنْ كَانَ الْمُرَاد الدَّابَّة فِي الْعُرْف فَهُوَ مِنْ عَطْف جِنْس عَلَى جِنْس وَهُوَ الظَّاهِر هُنَا. قَالَ اِبْن أَبِي جَمْرَة : يَدْخُل الْغَارِس فِي عُمُوم قَوْله إِنْسَان , فَإِنَّ فَضْل اللَّه وَاسِع , وَفِيهِ التَّنْوِيه بِقَدْرِ الْمُؤْمِن وَأَنَّهُ يَحْصُل لَهُ الْأَجْر وَإِنْ لَمْ يَقْصِد إِلَيْهِ عَيْنًا. وَفِيهِ التَّرْغِيب فِي التَّصَرُّف عَلَى لِسَان الْمُعَلِّم , وَالْحَضّ عَلَى اِلْتِزَام طَرِيق الْمُصْلِحِينَ , وَالْإِرْشَاد إِلَى تَرْك الْمَقَاصِد الْفَاسِدَة وَالتَّر…
