Authentic hadith of Sahih al-Bukhari Sahih al-Bukhari 5907

Narrator:Anas ibn Mālik

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ضَخْمَ الْيَدَيْنِ وَالْقَدَمَيْنِ حَسَنَ الْوَجْهِ، لَمْ أَرَ بَعْدَهُ وَلاَ قَبْلَهُ مِثْلَهُ، وَكَانَ بَسِطَ الْكَفَّيْنِ‏.‏

Narrated Anas:

The Prophet (ﷺ) had big hands and feet, and I have not seen anybody like him, neither before nor after him, and his palms were soft.

ثُمَّ أَوْرَدَ مِنْ طَرِيق أُخْرَى عَنْ جَرِير وَهُوَ اِبْن حَازِم أَيْضًا زَادَ فِيهَا " كَانَ ضَخْم الْيَدَيْنِ " وَفِي ثَالِثَة " كَانَ ضَخْم الرَّأْس وَالْقَدَمَيْنِ " وَلَمْ يَذْكُر مَا فِي الرِّوَايَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ مِنْ صِفَة الشَّعْر , وَزَادَ " لَمْ أَرَ قَبْله وَلَا بَعْده مِثْله " قَالَ " وَكَانَ سَبِط الْكَفَّيْنِ " ثُمَّ أَوْرَدَهُ مِنْ طَرِيق مُعَاذ بْن هَانِئ عَنْ هَمَّام بِسَنَدٍ نَحْوه لَكِنْ قَالَ " عَنْ قَتَادَة عَنْ أَنَس , أَوْ عَنْ رَجُل عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة " وَهَذِهِ الزِّيَادَة لَا تَأْثِير لَهَا فِي صِحَّة الْحَدِيث , لِأَنَّ الَّذِينَ جَزَمُوا بِكَوْنِ الْحَدِيث عَنْ قَتَادَة عَنْ أَنَس أَضْبَط وَأَتْقَن مِنْ مُعَاذ بْن هَانِئ , وَهُمْ حِبَّان بْن هِلَال وَمُو…

l asked Anas bin Malik about the hair of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). He said, "The hair of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was neither much straight, nor much curly, and it used to hang down till between his shoulders and his earlobes.

كَانَ شَعَرُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجِلاً، لَيْسَ بِالسَّبِطِ، وَلاَ الْجَعْدِ، بَيْنَ أُذُنَيْهِ وَعَاتِقِهِ‏.‏

Authentic Sahih al-Bukhari 5906

The Prophet (ﷺ) had big hands, and I have never seen anybody like him after him. The hair of the Prophet was wavy, neither curly nor straight.

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ضَخْمَ الْيَدَيْنِ، لَمْ أَرَ بَعْدَهُ مِثْلَهُ، وَكَانَ شَعَرُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجِلاً، لاَ جَعْدَ، وَلاَ سَبِطَ‏.‏
