حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏

مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ ‏"

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Whoever establishes prayers during the nights of Ramadan faithfully out of sincere faith and hoping to attain Allah's rewards (not for showing off), all his past sins will be forgiven."

روى أبو هريرة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ذكر فضل قيام ليالي رمضان، فأخبر عليه الصلاة والسلام أن من قام أي صلى في الليل، كصلاة التراويح أو مطلق القيام في رمضان، مؤمنًا بالله مصدقًا به، ومريدًا به وجه الله تعالى، لا رياءً ولا سمعةً، غفر الله له ما تقدم من ذنبه من الصغائر، وما كان غير الحقوق الآدمية؛ لأن الإجماع قائم على أنها لا تسقط إلا برضاهم، وفي فضل الله وسعة كرمه ما يؤذن بغفران الكبائر أيضًا، وهو ظاهر السياق، لكنهم أجمعوا على التخصيص بالصغائر كنظائره من إطلاق الغفران في أحاديث لما وقع من التقييد في بعضها بما اجتنبت الكبائر، وهي لا تسقط إلا بالتوبة أو الحد.

  • الحقوق الآدمية لا تسقط إلا برضا أصحاب الحقوق.
