Narrator:Abu Hurayrah

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏

كُلُّ كَلْمٍ يُكْلَمُهُ الْمُسْلِمُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ يَكُونُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَهَيْئَتِهَا إِذْ طُعِنَتْ، تَفَجَّرُ دَمًا، اللَّوْنُ لَوْنُ الدَّمِ، وَالْعَرْفُ عَرْفُ الْمِسْكِ ‏"

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A wound which a Muslim receives in Allah's cause will appear on the Day of Resurrection as it was at the time of infliction; blood will be flowing from the wound and its color will be that of the blood but will smell like musk."

Reported by Al-Bukhari (No. 237), Muslim (No. 1876e) and Ahmad (No. 7858).

قَوْله : ( حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَد بْن مُحَمَّد ) أَيْ اِبْن أَبِي مُوسَى الْمَرْوَزِيّ الْمَعْرُوفُ بِمَرْدَوَيْهِ , وَعَبْد اللَّه هُوَ اِبْن الْمُبَارَك قَوْله : ( كُلّ كَلْمٍ ) بِفَتْحِ الْكَافِ وَإِسْكَان اللَّام ( يُكْلَمُهُ بِضَمِّ أَوَّله وَإِسْكَانِ الْكَاف وَفَتْحِ اللَّامِ أَيْ كُلُّ جُرْحٍ يُجْرَحُهُ. قَوْله : ( فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ) قَيْدٌ يُخْرِجُ مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُسْلِمَ مِنْ الْجِرَاحَاتِ فِي غَيْرِ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَزَادَ فِي الْجِهَادِ مِنْ طَرِيقِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة " وَاَللَّه أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ يُكْلَمُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ " وَفِيهِ إِشَارَةٌ إِلَى أَنَّ ذَلِكَ إِنَّمَا يَحْصُلُ لِمَنْ خَلُصَتْ نِيَّتُهُ. قَوْله : ( تَكُونُ كَهَيْئَتِهَا ) أَعَادَ الضَّمِير مُؤَنَّثًا لِإ…
