حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ الْبَصْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏

اخْرُجْ فَنَادِ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ أَنَّهُ لاَ صَلاَةَ إِلاَّ بِقُرْآنٍ وَلَوْ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فَمَا زَادَ ‏"

Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying:

Go out and announce in medina that prayer is not valid but the recitation of the Qur’an even though it might be fatihat al-kitab and something more.

Al-Azimabadi — Awn al-Ma'bud

( اُخْرُجْ فَنَادِ ) : أَمْر مِنْ النِّدَاء أَصْله نَادِي عَلَى وَزْن قَاتِلْ حُذِفَتْ الْيَاء لِلْأَمْرِ ( لَا صَلَاة إِلَّا بِقُرْآنٍ وَلَوْ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَاب فَمَا زَادَ ) : اِسْتَدَلَّ الْحَنَفِيَّة عَلَى عَدَم تَعَيُّن الْفَاتِحَة بِهَذَا الْحَدِيث , وَيُجَاب بِأَنَّهُ مِنْ رِوَايَة جَعْفَر بْن مَيْمُون وَلَيْسَ بِثِقَةٍ كَمَا قَالَ النَّسَائِيُّ , وَقَالَ أَحْمَد لَيْسَ بِقَوِيٍّ فِي الْحَدِيث , وَقَالَ اِبْن عَدِيّ يُكْتَب حَدِيثه فِي الضُّعَفَاء. وَأَيْضًا قَدْ رَوَى الْمُؤَلِّف هَذَا الْحَدِيث بَعْده بِلَفْظِ أَمَرَنِي رَسُول اللَّه أَنْ أُنَادِي أَنَّهُ لَا صَلَاة إِلَّا بِقِرَاءَةِ فَاتِحَة الْكِتَاب فَمَا زَادَ , وَلَيْسَتْ الرِّوَايَة الْأُولَى بِأَوْلَى مِنْ الرِّوَايَة الث…
