حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي بُرَيْدَةَ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏"‏

فِي الإِنْسَانِ ثَلاَثُمِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ مَفْصِلاً فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْ كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ مِنْهُ بِصَدَقَةٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالُوا وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ قَالَ ‏"‏ النُّخَاعَةُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ تَدْفِنُهَا وَالشَّىْءُ تُنَحِّيهِ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ فَرَكْعَتَا الضُّحَى تُجْزِئُكَ ‏"

Narrated Abu Buraydah:

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: A human being has three hundred and sixty joints for each of which he must give alms. The people asked him: Who is capable of doing this ? He replied: It may be mucus in the mosque which you bury, and something which you remove from the road; but if you do not find such, two rak'ahs in the forenoon will be sufficient for you.

( أَبِي بُرَيْدَةَ ) : هُوَ بَدَل مِنْ أَبِي ( عَنْ كُلّ مَفْصِلٍ ) : هُوَ عَلَى وَزْن مَسْجِدٍ أَحَدُ مَفَاصِلِ الْأَعْضَاءِ ( قَالَ ) : النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ( النُّخَاعَة ) : بِالضَّمِّ هِيَ الْبَزْقَةُ الْخَارِجَةُ مِنْ أَصْل الْفَم مِمَّا يَلِي النُّخَاع قَالَهُ الْمُنَاوِيُّ. وَقَالَ فِي الْمِصْبَاح : النُّخَاعَة مَا يُخْرِجُهُ الْإِنْسَانُ مِنْ حَلْقِهِ مِنْ مَخْرَجِ الْخَاءِ الْمُعْجَمَةِ. كَذَا قَيَّدَهُ اِبْن الْأَثِير. وَقَالَ الْمُطَرِّزِيُّ : النُّخَاعَة هِيَ النُّخَامَة وَهَكَذَا قَالَ فِي الْعُبَاب ( فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِد ) : أَيْ شَيْئًا مِمَّا يُطْلَق عَلَيْهِ اِسْم الصَّدَقَة عُرْفًا أَوْ شَرْعًا يَبْلُغُ عَدَد الثَّلَاثمِائَةِ وَالسِّتِّينَ ( فَرَكْعَتَا ا…
