حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّازُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏

مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ مَصْبُورَةٍ كَاذِبًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بِوَجْهِهِ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ ‏"

Narrated Imran ibn Husayn:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone swears a false oath in confinement, he should make his seat in Hell on account of his (act).

Al-Azimabadi — Awn al-Ma'bud

( مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِين ) : أَيْ مَحْلُوف يَمِين فَأَطْلَقَ عَلَيْهِ لَفْظ يَمِين لِلْمُلَابَسَةِ وَالْمُرَاد مَا شَأْنه أَنْ يَكُون مَحْلُوفًا عَلَيْهِ فَهُوَ مِنْ مَجَاز الِاسْتِعَارَة قَالَهُ فِي الْفَتْح ( مَصْبُورَة ) : أَيْ أُلْزِمَ بِهَا وَحُبِسَ عَلَيْهَا وَكَانَتْ لَازِمَة لِصَاحِبِهَا مِنْ جِهَة الْحُكْم وَقِيلَ لَهَا مَصْبُورَة وَإِنْ كَانَ صَاحِبهَا فِي الْحَقِيقَة هُوَ الْمَصْبُور لِأَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا صَبَرَ مِنْ أَجْلهَا أَيْ حُبِسَ فَوُصِفَتْ بِالصَّبْرِ وَأُضِيفَتْ إِلَيْهِ مَجَازًا. قَالَهُ فِي النِّهَايَة. وَقَالَ الْخَطَّابِيُّ : الْيَمِين الْمَصْبُورَة هِيَ اللَّازِمَة لِصَاحِبِهَا مِنْ جِهَة الْحُكْم فَيَصْبِر لِأَجْلِهَا أَيْ يُحْبَس وَهِيَ يَمِين الصَّبْر , وَأَصْل ال…
