حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ مَجْزَأَةَ بْنِ زَاهِرٍ الأَسْلَمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ـ وَكَانَ مِمَّنْ شَهِدَ الشَّجَرَةَ ـ قَالَ إِنِّي لأُوقِدُ تَحْتَ الْقِدْرِ بِلُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ إِذْ نَادَى مُنَادِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

يَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ‏.‏

Narrated Zahir Al-Aslami:

(who was one of those who had witnessed (the Pledge of allegiance beneath) the Tree) While I was making fire beneath the cooking pots containing donkey's meat, the announcer of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) announced, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbids you to eat donkey's meat."

Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani — Fath al-Bari

قَوْله : ( حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِر ) هُوَ عَبْد الْمَلِك بْن عَمْرو الْعَقَدِيّ , وَوَقَعَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اِبْن السَّكَنِ " حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَان بْن عَمْرو " بَدَل أَبِي عَامِر. قَوْله : ( عَنْ إِسْرَائِيل ) كَذَا فِي الْأُصُول وَلَا بُدّ مِنْهُ , وَحَكَى بَعْض الشُّرَّاح أَنَّهُ وَقَعَ فِي بَعْض النُّسَخِ بِإِسْقَاطِهِ. قُلْت : وَلَا أَعْتَقِد صِحَّةَ ذَلِكَ , بَلْ إِنْ كَانَ سَقَطَ مِنْ نُسْخَةٍ فَتِلْك النُّسْخَةُ غَيْرُ مُعْتَمَدَة. قَوْله : ( عَنْ مَجْزَأَةَ ) بِفَتْحِ الْمِيمِ وَالزَّايِ بَيْنَهُمَا جِيم سَاكِنَة وَبِهَمْزَةِ مَفْتُوحَة قَبْل الْهَاء وَقَالَ أَبُو عَلَى الْجَيَّانِيّ : الْمُحَدِّثُونَ يُسَهِّلُونَ الْهَمْزَة وَلَا يَلْفِظُونَ بِهَا وَقَدْ يَكْسِرُونَ الْمِيمَ , وَأَبُوهُ…
