Narrator:Anas ibn Mālik

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى أَعْرَابِيًّا يَبُولُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ ‏"‏

دَعُوهُ ‏"‏‏.‏ حَتَّى إِذَا فَرَغَ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَصَبَّهُ عَلَيْهِ‏.‏

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

The Prophet (ﷺ) saw a Bedouin making water in the mosque and told the people not to disturb him. When he finished, the Prophet (ﷺ) asked for some water and poured it over (the urine).

Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani — Fath al-Bari

قَوْله : ( هَمَّام ) هُوَ اِبْن يَحْيَى , وَإِسْحَاق هُوَ اِبْن عَبْد اللَّه بْن أَبِي طَلْحَة. قَوْله : ( عَنْ أَنَس ) وَلِمُسْلِمٍ " حَدَّثَنِي أَنَس ". قَوْله : ( رَأَى أَعْرَابِيًّا ) حَكَى أَبُو بَكْر التَّارِيخِيّ عَنْ عَبْد اللَّه بْن نَافِع الْمُزَنِيّ أَنَّهُ الْأَقْرَع بْن حَابِس التَّمِيمِيّ , وَقِيلَ غَيْره كَمَا سَيَأْتِي قَرِيبًا. قَوْله : ( فِي الْمَسْجِد ) أَيْ : مَسْجِد النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قَوْله ( فَقَالَ دَعُوهُ ) كَانَ هَذَا الْأَمْر بِالتَّرْكِ عَقِب زَجْر النَّاس لَهُ كَمَا سَيَأْتِي. قَوْله : ( حَتَّى ) أَيْ : فَتَرَكُوهُ حَتَّى فَرَغَ مِنْ بَوْله , فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ دَعَا النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَاءٍ أَيْ : فِي دَلْو كَبِير…
