Aya number 18 of surat Az-Zukhruf

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

أَوَمَنْ يُنَشَّأُ فِي الْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ [١٨]

So is one brought up in ornaments while being during conflict unevident [attributed to Allah ]?
