Ahmed Al Talhi… An example for the Libyan youth

He sees himself as a Maliki doctrine follower, and owner of Ashaari creed. His fans consider him as an example of the youth, who grew up worshiping God and satisfying the prophet. He’s a knowledge chaser, and nothing can stand as an obstacle against his willingness, his family root came from the Imam “Ali Ibn Abi Taleb” may God bless him. This is a quick introduction about the young Islamic preacher Ahmed Al Talhi who was born in 1985 in a Libyan city called AlBaidaa.

Ahmad Al-Talhi followed his studies in his original country Libya between 2002 and 2004, he was taught by a number of the prominent preachers who belong to Senussi Ideology despite the persecution that the government put on them at the time of Muammar Gaddafi president, as the Senussi scholars were vulnerable to exile, imprisonment and murder, and during this period Ahmed embarked on studying Quran and he succeeded to memorize it and acquire its techniques, and then started to learn the 10 famous ways, and he excelled in two of them, which were Warsh and Hafs of Kalon.

After that, Ahmad Al-Talhi had the honor to lead people in Libyan mosques as an Imam during Ramadan, then continued his Islamic studies in Libyan Open University, and carrying on his quest on chasing the knowledge, as he acquired the forensic science from a numerous Sheikhs and Scholars in Libya. After a while, he went to Medina in Saudi Arabia where he continued acquiring new knowledge from the best sheikhs and scholars there.

The Sheikh Ahmad Al-Talhi has devoted all of his time on preaching since he was 19 years old, and he also exercised the teaching profession in mosques and centers, and currently he’s working as an Imam and speaker in Noor mosque in the Libyan city Benghazi, plus his work as a director of Noor center, which is specialized in teaching Quran. In addition to that, he works as a lecturer in Libyan mosques and centers, and a professor of forensic science in the international center of knowledge in the Turkish city Istanbul and last but not least he’s a president of a variety of religious congresses and festivals.

Ahmad Al-Talhi was an author of a number of books and a participant in a number of congresses and conferences either from an international perspective or a national one, plus his great shows in TV channels such as the program “Smile”.
